All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, you will receive an email with a shipping date estimate and tracking information for your order. For Pre-Order items please allow for the time stated on the product page for tracking information to be emailed to you. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or edit delivery addresses after an order has been placed.
Orders placed after 12pm BST from Monday-Friday, and at any time on Saturday, Sunday and holidays, will be processed the next business day.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
After delivery to the shipping address indicated on your order, Fazio London cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer free domestic standard shipping using various delivery partners. The estimated delivery date is within 4-5 business days of your order’s ship date.
Express (est. 2-3 days) and Next Day delivery is available for purchase and displayed checkout.
Please keep in mind that our delivery times are guidelines and may take longer due customs clearance and carrier delays. Please contact us at customercare@faziolondon.com if there are any delays to the timeframes given on your processed order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with confirmation of your order’s ship date. We estimate you will receive your order within 7 – 12 business days of its ship date however, shipping times do vary.
We accept returns within 14 days on receipt of your order except on Pre-Order items. To complete a return, please notify us by emailing customercare@faziolondon.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. To ensure your return is accepted, please return your items in their original condition and packaging and ship within 7 days of receiving your return confirmation email.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipments. We recommend packages are returned with tracking and insurance on the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. Please be aware that international customs and import taxes will not be refunded.
Please note that sales of Pre-Orders are final. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations on Pre-Orders will not be accepted unless items are not as described.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned has been received and whether a refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days, and a credit issued to your original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have yet to receive a refund please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted to your account. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at customercare@faziolondon.com
DAMAGES
If you receive a damaged product on delivery, please email us at customercare@faziolondon.com
We accept payments from the following: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro and PayPal. Payments are made in GBP. Please check with your payment provider for conversion rates and fees where applicable.
